Employment Opportunity – Experienced Painter & Decorator (Full Time)
We are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Painter & Decorator to join our established and growing team.
Due to an exceptional workload, with our diary fully booked for the coming months, this is a long-term, full-time position offering stability and consistent work.
Based from Alnwick, you will work as part of a skilled team delivering high-quality painting and decorating projects across North Northumberland.
Requirements
• Proven experience in painting and decorating (essential).
• Ability to work to a consistently high standard with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Up to £31,200 gross annual salary, depending on experience, speed and standard of workmanship.

This position would suit someone who:
• Is willing to work hard and learn a skilled trade
• Takes pride in turning up on time and putting in a full day’s work
• Has a practical, hands-on approach and is comfortable using basic tools
• Is keen to build a long-term career rather than “just a job”
Full training will be provided, working alongside experienced tradesmen to develop the skills required to become a professional decorator.
