Full kitchen overhaul completed ✔️

Very happy with how this has turned out 😁

Order of events below

- Rear window altered into a UPVC door
- Rear door bricked up to allow for washing machine inside
- Downstairs toilet and sink installed with feature tile wall
- Old kitchen fully removed and skimmed with new Howdens kitchen installed with tiled splash back
- New lintel’s installed to move Internal doorway across
- Install of radiator, internal doors and skirting

The team has been working hard on this project and we are looking forward to seeing the finish product on this refurbishment.

Now the steelwork and internal alterations is all in its nearly ready for the plastering and the underfloor heating install.

Scope of works:
- Remove all ground floor ceilings
- Full re wire and full heating system change from the loft into the garage
- Install 600kg of steels
- Ground floor WC form and fit out
- Acoustic insulate and board all ceilings
- Breakout 400mm thick concrete and replace floors
- Install bifold and rear window
- Underfloor heating system install ready for engineered wood floor
- Plastering and replacement and staircase spindles / handrails

Before and afters of a loft conversion which consisted of:

- Flat roof dormer formed with 12 pieces of steels to support the new floor and roof
- Full re roof with 3 Velux windows
- New fascia and gutters
- Toilet fit out
- New twisted spindles and handrails
- Black UPVC windows
- 5 x fire door installs

Now onto the main bathroom in the house, thanks to the customers and all the grafters involved so far 💪💪💪

☀️ Now that the kitchen is as all operational, it’s good to see the English weather actually allowing people to open the bi folds doors all the way 😂

Very proud of this job as it’s on the road I’ve grew up on for most of my life and the customers have been a dream to work with so big thanks to them for condensing down to one bedroom and living room between 4 of them, and big thanks to all the people involved on the project 💪 👏

Full Apartment refurbishment getting decorated now in Manchester City Centre on Deansgate 💪

- Two full bathroom overhauls installed by us from JCQuirkBathrooms
- Old kitchen door blocked up to allow for a new kitchen layout installed by us from
- All old laminate floor removed and new chevron flooring installed
- Plastering and new skirting boards and architraves

It’s been a tricky one going up and down 9 floors in a small lift with a low weight limit in order to get down to an underground car park that the vans couldn’t fit down the ramp 😂 but as always we’ve got it over the line, so big thanks to everyone involved including the Concierge of a Apartment block 😎

Check out this freshen up of a house in Sale, all works sourced, managed and installed by Lofthouse Builders.

Infill extension and pitched roof changed to a Flat GRP roof with roof lights which have LED lighting around them which you can see in the photos.

Customers are made up which is the most important thing, it’s just a shame its City blue and not United Red 🔴
