Another big project completed by the team 🦍

Pretty big one this covering 840sqm building from ground up

Eight full rolls of 35mm premium artificial grass laid

Lads worked hard, lots of prep going into this one and the heat really took its toll on us with a property so big zero places to hide

Phase One completed into the next one
We will be back in a few months to carry out the next stage at the bottom of the garden

If you need help with an outdoor or indoor project give us a call we have a few spaces left this year with a few already filled for next year. No project to big or to small

Latest project we are on with is 840 sqm of artificial grass for a client down in Knutsford.

250 tons of MOT has gone into this area with 120 tons of Grano dust being finished off and screeded this week.

Grano dust is a better product than sand as when it gets wet it actually goes harder instead of soft, it’s a no brainer to use!

Lots of material all compacted layer by layer making a laser to make sure everything is spot on.

Membrane installed underneath the MOT to stop any contamination with our stone and one more layer of membrane will be layed under the grass.

This is stage one of the project with some out houses to build and another ‘ football pitch’ built at the back of the property, complimented with some paving

Mammoth area to work on but it’s our bread and butter things like this, no job to big or to small! Fantastic work from the team.

We’ve been quite on the socials lately due to just having a lot on, but an old customer reached out and asked if we were still active due to not seeing us for a while… the answer is yes we are still very well active and busy !

The company has taken on a lot of big projects and social media has not been a main priority for us but we are going to change this, show you all what we do everyday and keep everyone updated

This is a job we didn’t post the finished pictures.

Just a few snap shots of a few projects we’ve been on and not uploaded yet. Still busy and working away but we haven’t shown our audience much lately due to Just having our head down and working away
We have
•Glass ballasts going in over in Bolton(just waiting on the other side to be delivered due to being damaged In delivery
•Project in timperley well under way currently at 43 tons being taken out of a back garden for a big project
•Fence erected around a project kicking off in a few months and feather boards on(pictures to follow later)
•Roof rafters being extended to allow for more insulation to be installed to improve heating bills

Lots going on but we are still taking on more work as we grow as a company as our aim is to help everyone with their projects.
Literally no project to big or to small we want to help you all transform your spaces into a more practical usable area.

The driveway really needed some character as the house itself has a block colour scheme so a driveway with character would really spruce up the look.

Dig it all out and pump 20 ton of MOT into this one. With any of our driveways you will get a minimum of 8inches of compacted MOT as here at AM developments we build to last a lifetime

Thick membrane underneath as always, compacted layer by layer and the results speak for themselves.
Nice practical driveway finished.
