What a start to a Wednesday morning. Big thank you to Jamie The Stretch Station | Jamie Davies for kick starting my body recovery with a good session. First time definitely not my last the pain is really but feels strangely good. Would highly recommend him and good luck on your new venture more to come from the stretch station.

It's also bring your child to work day. James wasn't to impressed at the early get up but now he's awake he's helping with a little vac of the carpet. We're just negotiating wages. How much do you reckon please comment.
