A recent CPR part 35 for a client went rather well… The client was awarded a full refund, costs and interest. The client was happy 😊

You made the process simple, stress free, and transparent between both parties prior, during and after your assessment/expert report survey.
During your initial email to both parties, you made clear that you are "impartial when carrying out your duties for the courts". Your impartiality is very clear as seen in your Expert Witness Report. Despite the defendant not being present during your assessment/survey, we had no choice but to adhere to your stern (email) instruction and leave you and your assistant "alone" in the garden to carry out your duties for the court.
Admittedly, this made my wife and I extremely nervous but somewhat at ease as this proved you were only here to perform your duties to the court and the court alone.
My wife and I are extremely delighted with the outcome of your expert report for the court's evidence as it is simply impartial and factual with clear evidence to support.
