It’s been a busy few weeks, but we’re almost ready to get a lid I’m on this one.
Thanks to the team for battling this awful weather lately, hoping this sun stays with us for the next 6 months 😎 JFT Brickworks 🧱

We got this current project underway on the 8th of January and considering the weather we are on still on schedule.
With careful planning and an excellent team to keep things moving things are going well.
Joists went in today with hope of getting the flooring down by the end of the week weather permitting then it’s on the the first floor.
Keep an eye out for further progress over the coming weeks.

A lovely job over at Denbigh completed today.
Red western cedar cladding to wrap this extension.
Vertical 2x1 battern followed by membrane and 2x2 horizontal timber.
Decking to be installed on the front elevation which will wrap around the bottom of the cladding. Cladding to be cut to suit.
Awesome teamwork once again to achieve a cracking finish.

We’ve been a bit quiet on the socials lately so thought you might like to see what we’ve been up to.
We’ve been working hard getting this project up to speed and ready to commence the build of these two beautiful 3 bedroom 1 en-suite eco friendly homes over at Cemaes Bay. They will be run on solar and air source heating which which will include underfloor heating.

Nice early morning pour of over at our new site in Marianglas.
6m3 laid and ready for back fill and foundation block work next week.
Good job by the team as always 👍🏼

What beautiful location to be involved with!
A replacement dwelling right on the beach of Cemaes bay, hence the name of the site (Traed Tywod).
Concrete pour happened last week now for the rc ground beam and substructure block work. 😎

Our project over at Cemaes bay is back up to full speed, after having to change the plans from a full re model of the existing to a replacement new build dwelling due to structural issues planning permission has now been granted.
It’s been a busy week with constructing a new access road to the site and demolition of the old house. 👌🏼
