Today one our Teams wrapped up a Garage conversion in Bedford. Our customer wanted to turn her garage in to a snug coming off the original kitchen diner so we knocked through a large opening from the garage to the dining room and installed two steel rsj’s as per structural engineers design, removed front garage door and installed a new foundation so the front could be toothed out and bricked up half way allowing us to fit a large window to the top half, the rear of the garage had a rear door so again that got bricked up and a window put in. The whole garage was then fully insulated, dry lined and plastered including electrics, plumbing and installation of a radiator. Finally we decorated the conversion to customer’s requirements including a wallpapered feature wall then continued the flooring from the original dining room to run seamlessly into the the garage conversion. That’s another one all signed off and completed with a total of 10 days from start to finish ✅ Now on to the next one 👌

Little front and rear garden freshen up one of our teams completed last week, kandla grey Indian sandstone slabs to form a path with grey jointing compound, blue welsh slate chippings and a picket fence with a couple of gates.
To the rear we installed the same kandla grey Indian sandstone slabs in brick bond style, grey jointing compound, new retaining sleepers and artificial grass to back of garden. Both gardens completed within 4 days 💪🏻👌

Looking for another Labourer to work alongside our landscaping team for tomorrow, Thursday and Friday and maybe future work. Little custom built outbuilding we built last week for one of our Milton Keynes Customers. He wanted one side as storage room and the other side as a workshop.
We started off installing a concrete base then built two separate timber framed structures, ply lined the insides and roof, layed rubber EPDM roof, installed floating floors to each building and a decking area in the middle. Finished it off with 19mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding boards to the exterior and made some vertical cladded doors.

Finished this one last week, Fully insulated up to building regs, electrics and heating converted garage. Now will be used as an office by our customer.

Quick little one yesterday for our customer, dig out garden, lay membrane and sub base, compact, screeded with grano dust, 40mm artificial grass on top and a row of sleepers and shrubs. All done in under 4hrs 💪🏻

Here’s a garden project one of our teams completed not long ago, we dug out the required area, laid a new sub base, installed new aco drains so we could raise the new patio giving the customer the same height patio as the internal house floor. We then constructed a bespoke small pergola with two swing chairs suspended from double pergola beams to take the weight comfortably. Next we laid grey porcelain slabs cutting curves around the outside edges to keep in with the other radius features around the perimeter of the garden and finished the joints with a grey flexible jointing compound. To finish of we created a custom slated screen down one side using pressure treated chunky 3x2 timbers rather than thin slats and custom made two new gates on site.

It’s that time of year where we are getting flooded with gardens to re-vamp here’s one one of our teams are currently working on at the moment.

Customers requirements were to create a raised platform using solid beechwood sleepers, filling with hardcore and mot, screeding the area to form a dead Flat surface with a slight fall to let the water run off then lay mixed sized porcelain tiles. We’ve pulled off this one for a week to let the rain come and go but this is our progress so far.... (finished pics to follow)

A few weeks back we custom built a media unit for one of our customers, they requested a media unit to house a 65 inch tv with two lower level compartments both sides for storage. Just got the photos of the finished results now they have had it painted.
