MCS Quality Assurance Auditor

Are you an experienced technical compliance professional looking to drive excellence in the renewable energy sector?

Compliance & Energy Services (CCS) is on the lookout for a specialist MCS Quality Assurance Auditor to join our growing team! If you possess a keen eye for auditing, superb coaching skills, and a solid physical understanding of building compliance, we want to hear from you.

As our QA champion, you will deliver remote and on-site guidance to ensure our heating and retrofit works are executed in complete alignment with MCS standards, PAS 2030/2035, Gas Safe, and relevant building & health safety regulations.

📍 Andover (Main Office) with field travel
💸 £45,000 - £50,000 Annual Salary + Company Van

✅ What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in heating, retrofit, or technical compliance roles.
• Strong auditing, QA, and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Proven track record coaching teams and driving quality improvements.
• Relevant technical qualifications alongside a sound H&S background.
• Comfort working with social housing, occupied properties, and digital job management systems.
