🤩🤩🤩NOW THIS IS A GAMESROOM
This room has it all. A wide-screen tv, a darts board, a bar with mini fridges, fancy lighting and the cente piece....a pool table on a lift!!!
Its not every day you get to work on something out of the ordinary 😍
Can imagine memories being made in this room, along with lots of hangovers 🍷🍸🍺

One of the best projects to be a part of. I regrettably never got round to posting anything of this finished from 2024. Top tier clients from start to finish 💯 There were so many different elements to this project that I could keep posting for weeks.

Demolition of the double garage to make way for a games room and bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor, large master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and large ensuite on the 1st floor.

This project kept expanding and different ideas were thrown around each week on finishes/materials to be used.

Liquid screed day!!
One of the best days on site is when the screed goes in. It hides any insulstion, existing floors, pipes and cables. Makes a huge difference to the property. 50mm pumped in and tamped. Rapid drying time and the perfect surface to lay lvt flooring on to

Drainage
New southern water inspection manhole, only ever built one manhole and that was for BT over 15 years ago! Hard graft but complete within 2 days. Luckily no one was living next door so no unwanted surprises 💩
