In just a matter of days, the whole job can change.
Removal of the rear wall and an internal load bearing wall has completely opened up this property. Floor insulated, vapour control layer and then 70mm of screed laid.
When it gets to this stage it really starts to feel like a room and not a building Site.
Doors and windows are imminent ⏳️

We were lucky enough to return to a project from last year to change the clients conservatory to a more usable room. Like always, too cold or too hot, never in the middle.
With the removal of the full bank of glazing, we built new piers, trying to match the sizes and Leigh Williams Windows Limited supply and fitting the new upvc flush windows which were all the same size, creating a very uniformed build.
Internally the room was boarded and skimmed, with new skirtings. The client smashed the decorating and styling pronto to have an incredibly speedy turnaround.
With this warm weather we've been having, this room is now cool in comparison to before and the crisp, clean new rendering tops it off.

We also changed the copings on the curved garden wall and was also rendered at the same time.

Feels like we've been here, there and everywhere recently. Been very busy between multiple jobs.
Here is a new driveway that we completed this week. Charcoal border with a brindle centre. Simple but effective amd does the job its intended for 👌
