Pleased to assist a returning customer by treating and cleaning this fire escape route serving a commercial premises 🧹🍂

As you can see the area had become quite mossy and therefore potentially unsafe in the event of an emergency 🚨

We were able to acheive these results with NO POWERWASHING so as to not damage the tarmac surface and I’m sure you’ll agree it looks fantastic! ✅

Restoring this timber decking back to its original condition earlier in the week.

Pretreated with Algaecide to break down the slippery surface and power washed clean to remove all traces of the moss.

Leaving the decking clean and safe for the winter months ahead 🧼

Pleased to assist a returning customer by treating and cleaning the communal areas of this apartment block in Lisburn.

We’re loving the checkered paving effect 😍

This one was a little different. As the only access to this area was through the building with carpeted flooring, hypochlorite was a big no! But the soft-wash detergent supplied by Superclean Pressure Washers made short work of the usual moss, dirt and Algae.

Some before and after pictures of a gutter cleaning job that we were at today 👇

The customer was having trouble with debris from the nearby trees blocking up the guttering and down pipes all around the property and we were called in to tackle the problem.

- Loose debris removed and disposed of
- Downpipes unblocked and gulley cleared out
- Guttering and roof blown clean
- Treated with an algaecide to remove the build up of moss and Algae on both the gutter and the roof
- Wiped down clean and rinsed off to finish

Another busy week completed at LawnScape!

We were kept busy this week at a variety of different tasks… mostly involving a mountain of brown leaves! 💨🍂

- Large power washing and re-sanding job completed on the walls and paving at an apartment complex in East Belfast ✅

- The last of the autumn pruning finished off in Ballymena ✅

- Winter leaf clearances at numerous properties - the results in the photos speak for themselves! ✅

Home grown Hydrangeas (3L) for sale £12‼️

The perfect shrub for any garden, flowering annually from mid to late summer. These have been grown outdoors and are resistant to frost and bad weather.

❗️Delivery and planting also available in the Ballymena and Antrim areas at an extra cost.

‼️Keep an eye out over the next few weeks as there will be a good range of home grown stock also becoming available including; Camilia, smaller Hydrangea and Laurel hedging plants!

It's been all about trees this week at Lawnscape!

We started the week by planting a small woodland area for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council on behalf of Convery Sportsturf. This will be a lovely feature along the 180 metres of pathway that they have recently renovated once the trees have matured. To really add the natural touch, we planted wild garlic between each of the trees.

Today we cut down some fir trees that had grown out of control to allow Joe and his team at to get access into the corner of the site to put up some fencing and create a paved area. The clearance made by this was fantastic, as the photos show, and we left everything neat and tidy as we found it! 😃

Looking forward to a good dry week to get back to the maintenance run 😎
