A rental property freshened up and ready to go 💪🏻

Ceilings, walls and woodwork all received two coats using the right products for each surface.

Ceilings finished in white, walls coated in a durable matt finish, and the woodwork completed in satin. The woodwork also had knots treated properly to stop them burning through the finish.

A clean, fresh result that makes a big difference.

Not long ago, I finished this hallway for a customer.

The woodwork had some staining coming through, so it was sanded back and coated with the correct primer before being finished in satin.

The walls were then completed with two different colours on the top and bottom half, giving the hallway a fresh new look.

✨ Staircase Redecoration ✨

A fresh new look for this staircase, with the focus on the woodwork and steps.

The spindles, handrail, stringers, posts and steps were fully prepared, sanded where needed, and painted/stained to bring the staircase back to life. The contrast between the crisp painted spindles and the rich stained timber gives the whole area a clean, classic finish.

A lot of time goes into the prep on staircases like this, especially around the detailed spindles and posts, but it makes all the difference to the final result.

Freshen-up completed at Riverside Apartments 🎨

We recently completed a full redecoration of the communal areas across 3 apartment blocks at Riverside Apartments, keeping the colours close to the existing scheme while giving everything a much cleaner, fresher finish.

Works included:
• Ceilings
• Walls
• Woodwork
• Metal staircases

This project needed a lot of preparation before painting could begin. We raked out, sealed and filled many cracks, and also treated areas of peeling paint properly to ensure a long-lasting finish.

The walls were finished in acrylic eggshell, making them ideal for heavy-traffic areas thanks to their durable and easy-clean finish.

A great transformation and a much brighter, tougher finish for the residents.

Bathroom refurb refresh 🚿🎨

This bathroom needed thorough prep before decorating. All cracks were scraped out, sealed, and reinforced where required with scrim tape. Problem areas were then built back up with a couple of layers of filler to achieve a smooth, solid finish.

Walls and ceiling finished in Zinsser Perma-White, ideal for bathrooms and high-moisture environments.
All woodwork and windows completed in Johnstone’s Aqua Guard for a durable, long-lasting finish.

🔥 These are the jobs I’m always buzzing for…

I’ve been looking forward to this one ever since finishing up for the Christmas holidays — and it didn’t disappoint.

This home had great bones but needed some proper TLC to bring it back to life. There were plenty of cracks to be filled, water marks to be treated, and a full refresh to get everything looking clean, sharp and finished properly.

✔️ Cornice picked out in crisp white in selected areas
✔️ Some ceilings brought in with the wall colour for a softer, more modern look
✔️ Woodwork finished in the same colour as the walls — but using a higher-grade product specifically for durability on wood
✔️ Windows painted white to keep everything bright and fresh

These are the kinds of projects I love — taking a beautiful home and giving it that renewed feel again. The difference speaks for itself.
