Great to get back to our two storey extension project in Dunadry for some photos. It was a real pleasure to work on this intricate heritage build for a lovely young family in such a beautiful setting. All topped off with another stunning kitchen supplied by Glenwood of Antrim. 😍

Another timber frame being erected by our Timber Frame division. This 2800sq ft family home in Dundrod is a full build for Castle Homes. This is a milestone project for us now as we can call on our other sister companies Glenwood of Antrim and newly formed Allaboutbathrooms for the internal designs and Fitout. Great to be able to offer the customer a one stop shop under one roof in our Antrim showroom. 💪🏽🏠

Busy start to the year for our timber frame division putting up kits in Belfast and Crumlin. Hasn’t been easy with this dreadful weather and difficult access, but as usual we get the job done. 💪🏽

Plenty coming out of the factory in the upcoming weeks, but definitely get in touch if you are building your new dream home or are a developer in need of supply and erect or supply only. 🏠

Project update on our two storey heritage extension in Dunadry. Our team has been busy busy, end of week 3 and we have:

- site established
- reduced down and foundations dug
- foundations poured
- sunroom demolished
- structural steel columns fitted
- subfloor built
- ground slab poured
- sewers and storm water all in place

All ready for the brickies 🧱 Monday morning, looking forward to getting walls up and the roof on this one.

Portballintrae extension project all finished. Only problem now is we all want to live there! 😍🏠

Few points and people we would like to highlight on this one

- Beautifully designed by Montgonery Irwin architects in Coleraine

- Roman court polished concrete supplied by RTU and finished by Thomas at Remarkable polished concrete

- Cornerless bi-fold doors by super seal windows

- Roof lanterns custom made by Belfast bi-folds

- Brigitte handleless German kitchen from Glenwood of Antrim with Quartz tops from Lamonts

🧱🔨 Project update on our extension and garage conversion project started In Portglenone at end of April. ❤️🏠

- Structure is all up, insulated and weathertight
- First fix services completed including underfloor heating
- Plastered inside and outside
- Bead screed insulation poured on floors

Just waiting for finished floors to be poured after the holidays and we can finish the project out for our lovely customers whose parents are excited to use there new accessible living space.
