Nice to visit one of our oldest clients DJ LAING Group on site at their Greenlawhill development in Carnoustie.

They are making great progress with the first 14 of 57 new build houses that will provide a nice mix of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom bungalows and villas.

The show home has been fully furnished and looks fantastic, it is open for viewings each weekend.

Pop along and meet with their sales team and view all the house types available at this exciting new development.

It was great to catch up with our client on site last week to see the excellent progress being made on their project just south of St Andrews.

This property had stood derelict for a number of years following a devastating fire. With a clear vision, our client purchased the building with the ambition of bringing it back to life and transforming it into a beautiful family home.

It's fantastic to see that vision becoming a reality in the side by side comparison photos, also check out the sneaky peak of the second floor bedroom view 😍

It’s fantastic to see The Port Kitchen and Studio 83 in Arbroath after opening their doors on the West Port. ⚓️

This project involved the change of use of the former Murray Electrical premises into a new restaurant, art studio, and retail space. We were delighted to assist the client in securing Planning Permission and navigating the Building Warrant process with Angus Council.

From the outset, the client had a clear and ambitious vision for the interior design, and the finished result speaks for itself. Seeing an empty shop unit transformed into such a vibrant, welcoming space has been incredibly rewarding. ⛵️

Projects like this are always special — not only because of the quality of the end result, but because they help bring existing buildings back to life and contribute positively to the local community.

Six months on, The Port Kitchen and Studio 83 have quickly become local favourites.

While most people are now aware that short-term lets require a Licence, what many don’t realise is that some properties may also require Planning Permission before they can legally operate. ⛵️
