Flat roof blow off in storms, because not done properly. New anthracite shiplap cladding, New insulation fitted, new 18mm osb boards and top seal fibre glass system installed. Also re slated pitched roof. No more leaks.

This job turned out fantastic, box gutter taken away and new fibre glass trim formed into new deepflow gutters. Fibre glass used to cover the leaking club stones. Before and after look great. Happy customer no more rain ingress 😉👍👍

Beautiful bungalow in Kilwinning, roof stripped and done in grey Marley moderns. New white soffit boards with anthracite gutters and downpipes, then rough casted in white render with Tudor roughcast. House looks amazing 🤩. Great customers to work for too.

Breen Roofing replaced a significant part of the slate roof on our house and garage in August 2023. I'm very pleased with both the result and the process. The work itself was all “done and dusted” in just over a week. They even provided their own 'portaloo' to minimise any disruption.

We experienced good workmanship, on-site behaviour of the crew and a professional approach to business. Jason, the owner of the company, does a good job of balancing customer demand, weather, and resources. He understands the importance of creating reasonable expectations in the customer's mind and then managing those when the unexpected inevitably happens.

For unavoidable reasons, there was a gap of a few months between agreeing and carrying out the work. During this time, running costs, and those of material must have increased but Jason held the price close to the original.

I'm very happy with the experience overall and would happily recommend Breen Roofing.
