Hi everyone

Just a reminder that I need access to outside taps for my water supply.

I’ve noticed a number of customers are turning outside taps off in preparation for colder weather.

Can I ask you to consider turning them back on when you think the weather is suitable enough to do so.

Brotherton Wood and Brotherton Glade (Livingston) customers I’ll be completing this section of my run between Friday and Sunday this week. I’d be grateful if you would consider turning outside taps on for those days

Morning

The freezing temperatures has, understandably, resulted in many people turning their outside water taps off.

Subsequently this impacts my water supply.

Whilst the temperature remains as low I wouldn’t ask you to turn your tap on incase the pipe burst.

Can I ask you to consider turning the taps back on when you feel it is safe to do so. This will allow me to get back out cleaning windows again at the earliest opportunity

Morning -

The system I use to wash the windows is in need of repair. As it is appears to be an intermittent fault the repair shop is having some difficulty identifying the exact fault.

This has resulted in a delay with some cleaning. I apologise for this and will be with you asap.

Just wanted to apologise for the inconsistent start to the year - this is due to poor weather January & February, annual leave and most recently the restrictions in place due to the Corona Virus. I’m still operating and will look to get business back to normal once restriction has been lifted.
