TIMBER FRAME,superstructure for erected on your site, with the exterior of the building completely enclosed and made weather-tight. This means we will provide you with:

* Timber Frame engineering and the timber frame superstructure.

* Factory fitted insulation and airtightness membrane on external walls - completed internal walls and intermediate floor if you have a first floor level. (Providing a Passivhaus standard U-Value 0.14 W/m2K).

* Engineered Roof trusses with felt and lath installed.

* Ceiling Insulation & Airtightness providing a u-value of 0.16 W/m2K for Pitched Roof and 0.20 W/m2K for Flat Roof areas.

* Premium German triple glazed uPVC windows & doors installed. Anthracite grey on exterior & white on interior. All operable windows to be tilt & turn. All sliding patio doors to be upgraded ‘Lift & Slide’ units.

* Roof tile and slate Flat Roof Fibreglass) or equivalent installed.
