Thinking of building your own home?

The decisions made before we ever arrive on site can make all the difference to how smoothly the build runs.

Buying a new build? You’ll hear the word ‘turnkey’ quite a bit. 🔑

In simple terms, it means your home is finished and ready to move into, with the key elements already taken care of.

Exactly what’s included can vary from one development to another, so it’s always worth checking the specification, but the goal is the same: less to organise when you get the keys and more time to simply settle in.
