We’re proud to see work now underway on the transformative mixed use development just south of Ascot High Street, adjacent to the Fire Station and close to the railway station.
Having supported the project through architectural design and CGI visualisation, it is a privilege to see the approved scheme begin to take shape on site.
Delivered in collaboration with developer London Square, the development will provide 101 new homes, including 40% affordable housing, alongside a central village green, private outdoor space for every home, 135 parking spaces and 1020m² of flexible commercial and community space.
The scheme will breathe new life into a currently underused car park, creating a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood with a strong sense of place.
Steve Tapper, Director at Ascot Design, said:
“This is a major project for Ascot and represents a once in a lifetime opportunity to create a gateway to the High Street that reflects its Royal Ascot status. By activating spaces and encouraging movement, the scheme has the potential to support meaningful regeneration through high quality traditional design. Our client, London Square, has been fantastic throughout the process and we’re delighted to see work now beginning on site.”
Sam Francis, Ascot Design, added:
“It has been a privilege to help shape a scheme that reflects local aspirations and delivers lasting value to the community. Seeing work start on site is an exciting milestone for everyone involved.”
Ascot Design’s masterplan blends contemporary architecture with local character, promoting sustainable living and meaningful community connections.
