Electrical fault! ⚡️💥🔥
This fault had only been found as the client had noticed their shower had stopped working. The main switch had a loose connection and melted together to the shower RCBO causing it to fail. This could have easily been a fire and making sure your electrical installation is tested is so important, this could save your property and lives.

The importance of testing and maintaining your solar installation.
This installation had been tested and a fault has been detected.
After a thorough investigation we had isolated the fault and fixed the issue.
The panels were also covered in pigeon droppings that had covered the panels reducing the output significantly. We have cleaned the panels to look like new and suggested bird protection to deter the pigeons from nesting underneath the array.
The installation is now as good as new for continued use.

For anyone with any doubts if solar and batteries are a worthwhile investment, this customer has spent £303 on gas and electric for the last 10 months.
Through the summer solar supplies the home, heats the hot water, charges the batteries and exports back to the grid.
In winter the batteries get charged on the cheep night tariff and that is used throughout the day. Any solar generation supplies the home, tops up the batteries or gets exported to the grid.
