🏗️ Another stage of the build completed!

We’re really proud of how tidy, clean and well-organised this site is. Health & safety is always a key priority across all our sites, and we believe keeping a clean, organised working environment is a big part of that. 👷‍♂️

The roof structure is now ready for the EPDM rubber flat roof installation, with two skylights being installed centrally. These will bring a huge amount of natural light into the building and really transform the space once it’s finished. ☀️

The project is coming together really nicely, and we can’t wait to show you the finished product! 🔨

From the ground up – another extension taking shape! 🏗️

Here’s a look at the progress on one of our latest projects, showing every stage of the groundwork and substructure before the build continues.

✔️ Site excavation and digging out foundations
✔️ Concrete strip foundations poured
✔️ Drainage system installed and connected
✔️ Oversite prepared and compacted
✔️ Damp proof membrane installed
✔️ Reinforcement mesh laid throughout
✔️ Concrete floor slab poured and power finished
✔️ Blockwork built up to damp course, ready for the next phase

We believe in getting the unseen work right first. Strong foundations, correctly installed drainage and a well-prepared floor are what every quality extension is built on.

It’s great to look back through the photos and see how quickly a bare excavation becomes the start of a new living space.
