Winrose Construction is growing and we’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Labourer to join our team ASAP 🚧 If you’ve got experience on domestic construction projects and take pride in keeping a site clean, organised & running smoothly — we want to hear from you 👇
👷 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Labouring for our bricklaying team
✔ Assisting multiple trades on site
✔ Groundworks & masonry support
✔ General demolition & structural work
✔ Steel installation assistance
✔ Keeping site, compound & welfare facilities clean & H&S compliant
✔ Using hand & power tools confidently
✔ Supporting day-to-day site operations
(Plant & machine operation experience is a bonus but not essential.)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Construction site experience (small–medium domestic projects preferred)
🔹 Confident using hand & power tools
🔹 Proactive & team-focused attitude
🔹 Strong attention to health & safety
🔹 Punctual, professional & reliable
🔹 Groundworks / bricklaying / steel / masonry / roofing experience desirable
🚗 Requirements:
✔ MUST be 25+ (insurance requirement)
✔ Based near Ashby / Swadlincote / Coalville area
✔ Willing to travel within 1 hour radius
