The customer had a door taken out, so the brick work was different to the rest of the house. So we Rendered the area to hide this. 👌

Customer wanted the Artex walls & Ceiling smooth to match the existing. So we scrapped back the Artex, re beaded, with a few coats of pva to get over it with plaster! (carpets coming up)
