Chimney restoration completed!

We removed all the old blown render and fully repointed the brickwork to restore strength and stability. The chimney top was re-flaunched to ensure proper drainage and prevent water ingress.

New chimney cowls were fitted to the pots, along with brand new lead flashing to create a watertight seal at the roofline.

To finish, the chimney was treated with a breathable water repellent sealant to protect the brickwork from future weather damage.

Flat Roof Replacement Completed 🏠

This porch roof has been fully refurbished to ensure long term performance and weather resistance. The existing covering was removed, the structure reboarded with new OSB decking, and finished with a high performance GRP fibreglass system to create a seamless, watertight surface 💧

New fascias and guttering were also installed to provide a clean, low maintenance finish that complements the property ✅

The result is a durable, professionally installed flat roof system designed to protect the home for years to come 🔨

We are removing the old leaking Finlock gutter system and upgrading this property with brand new UPVC fascias and guttering.

Finlock gutters might have been popular years ago, but they are well known for causing damp issues, internal leaks and costly maintenance. By replacing them with a modern UPVC system, we are giving this home a long lasting, low maintenance solution that not only performs better but also looks clean and sharp.
