Some more work completed for our friends over at Little Venice Country Park and Marina 🚣‍♂️

A unit that needed a tidy up before new tenants came in was in order 🧹

So paving slabs and brickwork were re-pointed 🧱, coping stones replaced and painted, along with the guard rails and shed 🎨, and old overgrown shrubbery was removed to allow in more daylight ☀️

No serious renovations this time around, just a quick face lift to freshen things up ✨

A full rip out and re-do isn’t always needed. A little TLC can go a long way!

More drainage problems, more drainage solutions 🫡

Here we had a nicely designed garden, however with the walled in sides it meant that the water had nowhere to go. Causing the patio to collect the rain water like a pool 🏊‍♂️

So some nice new aco channels were installed at the lowest point, connected to the existing storm drains, quick jet wash to freshen up and the garden is ready for the heaviest of downpours☔️

Another project completed for our friends over at Little Venice Country Park and Marina 🤝

This newly installed luxury lodge required a 360 re-do of the landscaping 🔄

So all of the old and worn turf was pulled out 🪏

And in its place we installed footpaths with a shed base 🚶‍♂️ a private parking bay ready to receive tarmac 🚗 and renewed the turf all round 🌱

Puddling problem solved 🌧️

We had a home we worked on here that was situated at the bottom of a hill. And the lack of drainage solutions meant that heavy downpours resulted in unwanted pooling in the garden 🤿

So we installed some lovely new aco drainage to take excess water away. No more waders needed to get in the front door ✅

The front door is a guests first impression ✨

Another returning client from the early days of A Brown Landscaping!

A continuation of the paving from the rear garden was in order. Allowing access to the front door and on to the public footpath 🚶‍♂️

And a raised bed completed at the same time, a great excuse to make a trip to the garden centre 🌷🌻🌺

The kandla grey slabs with matching cobble setts are always a great addition to any garden. 👀

Here’s a little driveway extension we completed towards the end of last year ↔️

One of our very first clients came back to us, wanting to widen her existing driveway ready for family visits.

So a full excavation of the properties lawn was in order, new sub base installed and finished off with charcoal block paving 🔨🧱

Plenty of room now for the families cars to park off the road 🚙🚗
