I promise this is my last van post… but it genuinely feels like a dream come true! 🚐✨

For almost 9 years, I worked out of a Ford B-Max. It did exactly what I needed it to do and played a huge part in building my business. But over the last couple of years, it just wasn’t practical anymore. As I invested in more equipment, especially dustless sanding and other tools, I simply ran out of space.

I’ve been talking about getting a van for a while, but they’re not exactly cheap, and I didn’t want to be tied into another big monthly payment.

I’d had my eye on this van for a couple of months, and by complete coincidence it was in Gateshead, only about 40 minutes from where we were moving to. It felt like it was meant to be.

I’m pretty good at saving, so I managed to put enough aside to buy it outright and avoid another monthly bill. I could only really do that because of the house sale though, I didn’t fancy leaving myself completely skint! 😂

I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who’s supported TO’H Painting & Decorating over the years. Every job has helped me get to this point, and I can’t wait to put the van to work here in Northumberland. Here’s to the next chapter! 💚
