Final walk arounds are being conducted across various sites as we prepare to close projects after a busy filled summer!

In these images, Site Manager James Corcoran and Contracts Manager Andy Broome, complete final inspections ensuring everything is in place for the client handover with Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust at Chorlton House.

This project featured the creation of partition walls to form independent interview rooms across multiple floors, allowing privacy for those one-to-one consultations.

Delivered in a thoughtful card, the kind words brought smiles all round and highlighted the positive impact the team is making on site.

In one month's time, on the 13th September, Mike Sharkey and his daughter will be taking on the AJ Bell Great north run in aid of The Percy Hedley Foundation

The Percy Hedley Foundation is a disability charity based in North East England. This charity provide specialist education, care, support, accommodation and learning opportunities across their two schools, college, homes and lifelong learning service.

Some of our Senior Leadership Team and Commercial team have been putting their fitness to the test in a charity 5-a-side tournament with Black Capital Group and Procure Partnerships Framework in aid of Mindflow

🎉 Complete Project 🎉

📍Leigh Infirmary, Jean Hayes Reablement Unit
🛠️Garden refurbishment

Team Wigan & Leigh have worked with Wigan Council, Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust, local organisations and contractors to transform the courtyard at the Jean Heyes Reablement Unit at Leigh Infirmary into a welcoming outdoor space for patients.

Designed and led by ourselves, companies such as MAC Construction, Standish Energy and institution Wigan & Leigh College and University Centre have come together to form this space which will allow patients to complete tasks that may cause worry when leaving the assisted care into their homes.
