✅ Job Completed – McGowan Brickwork Ltd

We’ve recently completed a remedial structural job to the rear of a property. The house was carefully propped to ensure no damage to the newly fitted kitchen while works were carried out.

🔧 Works included:
• Installing a 10mm steel plate and welding it securely in place (missed by a previous contractor)
• Adding a T-shaped steel beam bracket to double the strength, as instructed by Building Control
• Re-plastering with pink fire board and finishing with a skim coat, left paint-ready

Another job completed safely, structurally sound, and fully compliant. 💪
