New build complete 🏠🔨

Completed last year in Auchterarder, this family home is a project we’re very proud of. From the initial groundwork, building the kit, to the final finishes, every stage was completed with quality, care, and attention to detail by our local team in Auchterarder.

Extension 🔨🔨

We have recently completed this extension in Auchterarder, forming a slap through the outside to the extension and taking down the internal wall between kitchen and living to create a full open plan living space.

Full house renovation complete 🔨🏠

This was a great job for us for a lovely family we have done a good few jobs for now.

We fully stripped the inside of the house back to the brick and stripped the whole roof ready for new sarken and slate.
Formed three new extensions,
All new windows and doors,
First and second fixed,
Fitted new kitchen and flooring,
We formed a media wall for tv and fire
Build a bespoke bookshelf, seat for under box storage in the living room and boot and hanging unit in the utility.
We also clad the garage and living room in cedral cladding.

What a huge difference this has made to this small bungalow and we think it looks amazing.

New build complete 🏠

That’s our 4th new build in three years completed end of last year and what a beauty it is. We started this project in June and we were completed by November.

We carried out erecting of kit and roof, first and second fix, cedral cladding and a few bespoke jobs inside.

- Full garage stripped, framed, insulated and re sheeted
- Slap through formed between garage and dining room
- Media wall built to customer’s specifications
- All trades supplied and co-ordinated

Attic conversion/house renovation completed last year.

Enjoyed this one and what a massive difference it has made to the house.

The attic conversion has created two new bedroom, a bathroom and a lovely bright sitting room/ snug at the top of the stairs.

The porch with the bifold door has created a great space to sit in the summer and replacing the living room window with a sliding door and two side lights has completely brightened up the downstairs.

The larch and upvc cladding is just the finishing touches and makes the house look absolutely amazing and we’re very proud of this one.

***MISSING DOG***

A young female border terrier had gone missing in the Auchterarder area of Perthshire. She was last seen at 6:15AM this morning (28/06/23) walking in fields next to Kincardine Park. She is chipped, wearing a purple collar and ID tag and a red tartan harness.

She may try and make her way back home to Auchterarder High Street.

Any information on her whereabouts then please call us immediately on 07432 368 792.

***MISSING BORDER TERRIER AUCHTERARDER UPDATE***

Morning everyone ❤️

Sadly there is still no news on the young border terrier missing from the Auchterarder area of Perthshire.

We have had thermal drones out, thermal scopes, countless volunteers on foot and even a volunteer with their search dog from Search Dogs For Lost Dogs Scotland.

The area she went missing has been searched intensively.

When she went missing she was wearing her red harness. Last night it was found on the side of the A9 torn off at the waist area.

Volunteers searched up and down the A9 for miles but could not find her.

She has maybe been able to break free and the search area needs to be widened.

We would ask everyone around the Auchterarder area and further afield to keep a very close look out.

We would appreciate if people especially keeping eyes and ears open along the path beside the burn from Abbey Road to the fish-ladder at Ruthven Street.
