So after removing the old ply and chipboard flooring we found that some of the floor joists where Bowed so out with the old and in with the new
Customer is delighted with there new flat floor 🔨💪

Bit of ongoing work up kinnoul hill on an old building ,
Plaster works where removing old blown plaster due to cracking brickwork expanding metal lathe over crack, hardwall tuff coat then finish coat plaster ready for paint,
Skirtings where made from new timber to match existing molding more pics to follow on the beautiful property
