Old doors wouldn’t open and were leaking into the bedroom 💧 🔨

Fully stripped out and replaced with PVC
Silicone sealed once fitted 🌦️

New black double glazing PVC windows installed this week in a stunning wee cottage 🏡⚫️⚪️

🔹 All old steel single glazing windows ripped out 🗑️
🔸secondary glazing all ripped out with window ingos
🔹Black PVC windows installed 🪟
🔸New framing around windows 🪚
🔹insulation put everywhere possible 🔥
🔸Re plaster-boarded
🔹New full depth MDF window sills fitted 🪵
🔸All silicone sealed on the outside with colour match silicone 💧

Its never easy fitting windows in an old building with so many discrepancies facing us, but we smashed it ✅

Just the painter to touch everything up and it will make a massive difference to the property 🎨

Small bit of bespoke joinery🪚 🔨

Larch porch installed this week 🪵 👌 🔥

Customer wanted the rustic look with exposed rafters and a small facia for future gutters of they decided they want them fitted at a later date 💧

Roofer and bricky still to finish up 🧱 🪜

🔶 Another job completed in the last few months but this is a fraction of the work carried out on the property ✅

🔷Customer had two large rooms almost unusable in the summer because of the heat 🔥 and because of the cold in the winter 🥶 all due to the polycarbonate roofing.

🔷Leaving two spaces for double glazing units to be fitted when they arrive, keeping that natural light flowing and stopping the cold and heat ☀️

🔶 Both rooms were insulated, strapped and plaster boarded giving them full use of the rooms without having to worry about the heat and cold being unbearable 🪚 🔨
Slightly intricate cutting round all the steel structures but we got it all good 👌

Not been posting many jobs recently due to being busy 🔨
There will be posts coming soon with various jobs finsished over the last few months so keep an eye out 👀👀

Customer was having issues with their extension roof leaking and the box profile being installed wrong. ☔️ 💧

Ripped it all out 🗑️
Re papered for that extra layer of protection 👌
And re fitted new anthracite grey corrugated sheets and flashings 🔥

What a difference to the roof 🤩 and another happy customer 🤝

Stunning kitchen renovation 🔥 🤩and full downstairs flooring job finished ✅ 🔨

🔹Full strip out off old kitchen 🚮
🔸New down lights, brass sockets fitted and under unit lighting 💡
🔹New built in fridge/ freezer, washing machine and dishwasher 🍽️
🔸Floor area fully tiled 👞

🔹Also all skirtings taken off cleaned up 🧼
🔸Rustic oak flooring fitted throughout 🪵
🔹Skirtings pinned back on
🔸All doors cut to suit new floor height 🚪

▫️New door frame and oak fire door fitted into main living area 🔥 🪵
▪️All new door stops and facings
▫️Ceiling opened up and bridled
▪️New stair case fitted for future loft conversion 🪜
▫️New sliding wardrobe doors in both bedrooms 👕
