Finished Project... Minster Way, Bath 🏡

This project consisted of a loft conversion & dormer, where we created a new bedroom, ensuite & storage space. As well as this, we have transformed the existing bedrooms on the first floor, and completed some smaller works on the existing bathroom. A new staircase was installed up to the new floor, with new landing & window. 🤩

On the outside of the house, we installed solar panels on the new roof. The new brickwork matches the original. The dormer extension complements the original building, but also adds contemporary character through the use of contrasting materials. 🧱

Back on site... Wrington 🧱

We’re back n site in Wrington, Somerset today for this wrap-around home extension. So welcome to Pt. 2! If you remember the last video, we’d just started this project, so we were filling in the pool and clearing the space ready for the extension.

As you can tell, we’ve been busy bees 🐝 the foundations were dug & filled, then the block work began, the roof took shape and the new Velux windows were put in place. Work is now taking place inside the extension & original section of the house where we’ll be putting in steels & starting to form, what will be, the new rooms.

We love the colour scheme on this one, the white tiles, green walls & brushed gold taps & radiator 🤩

This was a small aspect of a larger project, where we transformed the outdated family bathroom into a tranquil ensuite, with new access from the master bedroom.

Completed Project.... Stoke Bishop, Bristol 🏡

This project involved uniting a series of existing rooms to create a light, open, and highly functional family living space. The brief was to improve flow, introduce practical new areas, and deliver a modern environment suited to everyday family life.☀️

Major structural works were undertaken to open up and redefine the internal layout, & the newly formed spaces were upgraded with improved insulation and efficiency measures, enhancing comfort and thermal performance throughout. 🧱
