Really pleased to be able to share that we, at Julian Hill Electrical, have PASSED our annual 2024 NIC inspection 👌🏻⚡️

But what does this mean for our customers ?

Well, being an NICEIC Approved Contractor enables us to give customers the peace of mind and confidence in both domestic or commercial works.

SO WHY CHOOSE AN NICEIC ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR?

Electrical Contractors registered by NICEIC are assessed on an annual basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards and codes of practice.

Contractors registered to NICEIC Building Regulations Schemes in England are authorised to self-certify their work to the Local Building Control Body. This saves our customers both time and money when undertaking work that requires notification under the Building Regulations.

The NICEIC expect their registered contractors to provide a quality service to their customers and because of that, offer the Platinum Promise. This promise means that if you are not happy with the work that is done by an NICEIC registered contractor the NICEIC will assist to rectify it if deemed deficient.

A huge opportunity arose to showcase some commercial and industrial knowledge in this mammoth project earlier in the year.

This amazing transformation has taken place from an empty shell to a fully working high tech commercial office space.

Works included adding and relocating lighting, new power and data installation including containment and TV wall, modifying ventilation and fire alarm system and finishing off with some plush decorative lighting.

Both customer and project manager super happy with the result- and all the hard work has paid off with the final result.
