Delivery Driver/Warehouse Relief
We are looking for a new person to join the TRS Team, with occasional warehouse duties adding variety to what is foremost a driving role. For the right candidate there could be a potential to progress into a warehouse/logistics management role in the future. This role requires a relatively clean driving licence and positive, ‘can do’ approach. A current Forklift truck license would also be an advantage. For insurance purposes applicants must be 25 or over.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to our customers including residential homeowners and members of the trade.
2. Be comfortable delivering across the South West
3. Drive safely and courteously, obeying the rules of the road and representing TRS in a positive way.
4.Keep accurate paperwork and delivery information for our company and customer account records.
5. Work together with colleagues and other departments to deliver a great customer experience and a level of service considered second to none.
6. On occasion, as delivery requirements allow, conduct general warehouse and fleet maintenance duties such as unloading, storing, labelling, picking, packing and even jet-washing the vehicles.
7. Help maintain a clean and safe working environment for you and your colleagues and optimise space utilisation.
