Established since 2008, I am a qualified plumber with a traditional apprenticeship and many years of experience behind me. I am a qualified and Gas Safe Registered heating engineer and I also hold the qualifications required to work legally and safely on hot water systems, including Unvented Cylinders. Gas Leak!!
My customer smelt gas outside their house and called the Gas Emergency Helpline, who came out and turned off the gas. My customer then called Mander Plumbing and Heating. I successfully traced and repaired the leak and carried out the relevant safety checks so the gas could be turned back on.

Wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas 2025! It was a lovely job to finish with yesterday. It was just a routine boiler repair to restore heating and hot water to a cold house. But it also meant that my customer didn't need to cancel hosting their family for Christmas! 🎄🔥🔧
