We recently replaced this felt roof in Tring which was leaking in multiple areas, into the living space below.

Using EPDM rubber as an alternative to traditional felt has many advantages including a longer lifespan with a long manufactures guarantee, aswell as coming in one large roll reducing the risk of vulnerable areas found in felt roofs

Concrete gutter replacement 🏡🛠️

We replaced the concrete guttering on two properties in Broughton.

Going ahead with jobs at the same time as your neighbour can save you both hundreds of pounds!

The concrete guttering is cut off and replaced for a more up-to date system of UPVC fascia and guttering. This newer system requires alot less maintenance and is more appealing to the eye than the old concrete gutters.
