This was the first external phase of our Beaconsfield project which have thrown us some unexpected hurdles along the way. We’ve had rotten structural timbers, brick panels coming out and terrible brickwork to deal with.

We have rectified all of the issues and installed a beautiful lime render system. The results speak for themself 😍.

We will be back soon to renovate the rest of the property. Lots of projects going on at the moment and in the pipeline. Busy busy !

Our current project in Beaconsfield 🏠

Damp plaster was removed from the dining room and replaced with a lime plaster system which is compatible with the age of the property and will now let the damp evaporate the plaster.

We are now focusing on the render which is being done in two phases. The first phase is the gable end which has already thrown us some nasty surprises being that the structural oak on the apex is rotten !!! Nothing we can’t handle though so we’ll get it repaired this week and get on with the lime rendering.

Another 🪾Spraycork🪾application that has completely transformed this property.

Most of this job was on overspray on very hard but badly cracked render and some new rendering on the front. The client was initially looking to have it decorated and just wanted me to repair some render around the windows, once I had discussed the benefits of Spraycork over paint with them it was a no brainer. The render on this beautiful countryside property was a bit tired and faded, the client was looking to upgrade with a nice modern, maintenance free finish, and that is what we have provided for them.

This Silicone render system has been installed in the colour Ash White and it compliments the new windows and surrounding brickwork perfectly.

It has been spray applied for a flawless finish and will look this way for many years to come 🤩

Bedroom rip out and refresh !! All blown plaster was removed, fireplace taken out and blocked up, then all replastered with timber skirtings fitted.

Also carried out a repair on Wendover church to stop a leak and now jumped on a lovely Silicone render project out in the countryside.
