We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Professional Painter.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces with colour and technique.

Whether you're an experienced painter looking to apply your skills in a dynamic environment or someone eager to learn and grow in the painting industry, we encourage you to apply.

Position: Professional Painter / Trainee Painter

Location: Various job sites in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire

Type of Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping and sanding.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to property interiors and exteriors.
- Drive to various job sites as assigned, ensuring timely arrival and project completion.
- Work efficiently alone or as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new painting techniques and processes; previous painting experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
