New project recently completed!

Nice little mono pitch roof replacement in finished just before the rain.

• Existing coverings removed and disposed of
• New over fascia ventilation and eaves felt support trays
• New Breather membrane, battens and Redland 49 interlocking tiles with a continuous dry-verge system

A water tight finish that will last for years.

Flat roof installed to this new extension yesterday for Nice working alongside these guys as always 👌🏼

What we did..

● Resitrix single-ply reinforced epdm system
● New metal wall flashings
● Tiling and leadwork surrounding the flat roof

Another watertight roofing system that will last. Great work by the team to get this completed.

Works completed on an extension & refurb this week. Just needs a clean off and the new aluminium coping and skylights added:

● New Restrix singly-ply warm flat roof to rear extension

● New low pitched man-made slate roof using permanent easy slate system

● New front gable extension man-made slate roof

Looking forward to returning early next year to redo the main roof once the first storey side extension is built.

Two of our latest flat roof projects completed this week by the team. One in Aylesford and one in Upchurch, Kent.

Both flat roofs were not traditional square or rectangle shapes. There were a few interesting details for us to complete. But both roofs came out fantastically thanks to the teams dedication and hard work.

Now bith clients have watertight flat roofs that come with our insurance backed guarantees.

Another project ticked off the list. A full roof replacement using clay plain tiles, including new fascia, soffits, gutter, and a full chimney repoint with new leadwork.

It wasn't the easiest job to complete due to access (materials and skip had to be put out on the road across the green from the front, meaning lots of wheelbarrow runs up and downhill 😣)

But we got there in the end and the finish was 👌🏼 Client happy. On to the next!

One of the jobs completed this week.

Flat roof replacement to this dormer in Kent 🔨 roof🏚

• Old.coverings and deck stripped
• New Vapour control layer (this is stop and moisture and condensation forming inside the roof space and rotting the roof from underneath, or causing bubbling on the capsheet)
• New rigid insulation along with new timbers to take solar panels being installed soon
• New timber deck
• New high-performance mineral cap sheet
• New black upvc fascia's and capping boards to the corners to replace the old rotting timber

Client is very happy with the end result and has an insurance backed guarantee to ensure peace of mind.
