As the business continues to expand we are looking for another Grounds Maintenance Operative to add to our existing team.

Linear Landscaping is a landscaping and grounds maintenance company working with housing associations and commercial clients across Scotland.

We want someone who takes pride in their work, turns up every day ready, and holds themselves to a high standard without being told to. If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership of what they do and wants to be part of something that’s genuinely growing, this is for you.

What you’ll be doing:
βˆ™ Grass cutting, strimming and general grounds maintenance
βˆ™ Hedge and shrub maintenance
βˆ™ Litter picking and site clearance
βˆ™ Fencing and slabbing
βˆ™ Working as part of a small, tight-knit team across multiple sites

What we’re looking for:
βˆ™ Experience in grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role (not essential but preferred)
βˆ™ Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in the finished result (essential)
βˆ™ Can work independently and doesn’t need to be micromanaged (essential)
βˆ™ Full UK driving licence (essential)

What you’ll get:
