It must be award season…

⭐️ Scottish Home Awards

Last week our very own Alan, in conjunction with Dickie & Moore, picked up the award for Small Housing Development of the Year for The Fairways Development in Elderslie at the Scottish Home Awards. Though Alan was in attendance he was first to champion the entire Team and to thank all our colleagues involved in the project for what was a particularly challenging project.

⭐️ Scottish Design Awards

We are also delighted to share that LMA Architects has been shortlisted in three categories at the 2026 Scottish Design Awards. 🎉

🏆 Architecture Practice of the Year

🏥 Architecture – Health Building or Project
Ayrshire Cancer Support Centre, Ayr

🏘️ Affordable Housing
Mainholm Housing, Ayr

A huge thank you to our clients, consultants, contractors and everyone involved in bringing these projects to life. We're incredibly proud to see both projects recognised, alongside our nomination for Practice of the Year.

We look forward to celebrating with fellow finalists at this evening's awards ceremony. 👏

We nearly had a chair shortage with a visit from Richard too!

I wonder why?

Our Halloween Lunch went down a (trick or) treat! 🤪
