Building supplied with UPVC windows and doors plus EPDM rubber roofing as standard then the customer opted for insulation, gutters and laminate flooring.

Artificial grass with comprehensive preparation
1. Area excavated soil removed
2.Type 1 sub base laid and compacted ( not recycled rubbish)
3.Concrete edging around perimeter to fix your grass to (not timber that will rot before your grass does)
4. 6mm stone laid (not sand, which holds water and smells if you have pets)
5. Geotextile membrane ( not cheap w**d barrier)
6. Quality grass ( you’ll notice the difference)

Tired,rotting timber decking replaced with charcoal composite,we did the fence last year and got called back for the decking, happy customers will always have you back

Job in Weybourne Farnham, old decking , fence removed. Trees had to come out to get new fence in and new sandstone patio
