Very interesting job we had recently. Customer had been away for several years with food items in the cupboards. Small black dots were being discovered in the kitchen by the estate agent.

Peacocks Pest Control Ltd were called in to identify and treat the issue. This species is extremely similar to to***co beetle and furniture beetle. The most striking distinction is the ridges along their backs with hairs. With a correct identification we were able to advise the customer to throw all food items away, solving the issue for our customer long term.

We then performed a knockdown treatment of the insects, to prevent future issues.

Our customer had mice entering the loft space. After a thorough, free of charge inspection we found this large hole at the front of the property under a board. The customer told us this had been here since he moved in and he wasn't sure what it was. After removal of the board we found a large hole which lead directly to the cavity wall. Mice were then climbing up the cavity wall and entering the loft.

We then proofed the hole for the customer, preventing entry by mice to the property for the customer.

With our thorough, free of charge inspection we were able to find the entry points for the rodents and solve this issue for our customer long term. If you have any mice issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to Peacocks Pest Control Ltd - solving infestation long term.
