Fully plumbed this stunning renovation in 2 days. 1st fixed then 2nd fixed this entire bathroom across two consecutive days.
The demolition and removal of the previous bathroom was done ➡️see second image for previous bathroom layout➡️ in advance and water pipes isolated.
The timber framing and panelling was as good as finished in preparation for my starting work, with everything being easily removable.
I couldn’t have done it without Tonys expert assistance and my thoughtful Dad (whose bathroom it is) having everything as prepared for my arrival as possible, with the bonus of getting to spend time with family. I HATE bathrooms but loved this job. #
The beautiful sink and back to wall toilet pan and seat is with 3 piece taps over the freestanding bath and in the sink.

Gas supply to a new freestanding cooker location. Had to solder and bend the pipes out of place then feed it through the small corner unit which was already installed. Was a bit awkward but I’m pleased with the finished job.

Relocated rainwater downpipe into a soakaway to stop the damp that’s coming through into the house from where it had been terminated directly onto the ground at the base of the wall. I repurposed a bakers tray to make a soakaway by flipping it over, wrapped in w**d fabric, sat on a base of gravel and rubble.
