Circuit-1

Circuit-1 My name is Matt and I trade as Circuit -1. Rest assured that at Circuit -1 we take these requirements into consideration when designing cable routes.

I have been in this industry longer than I like to admit, through at least 3 revisions of the Wiring Regulations, up to the latest 18th edition. As far as Electrical wiring is concerned, there is not much Circuit -1 haven't done over the years and the list just keeps getting longer with the move towards Smart Home Technology. Regulations have moved on too, and are now not only looking more compreh

ensively into the safety of electrical installations but, since Grenfell Tower, there has been a greater emphasis on the consequence of Fire, not only due to an electrical fault but also the safety of evacuation and fire service entering. This is very important when you consider the installation of cables through escape routes or over entrances and exits. Circuit -1 are registered with the NICEIC without doubt the most comprehensive register of approved electricians, in fact, most local authorities, housing associations, government departments and larger organisations only use NICEIC registered electrical engineers.

On the 19th February Circuit 1 relocated to Lairg, in the beautiful highlands of Scotland. On the 1st May 2021, we will be fully operational once again and welcoming our new customers. Relocating a business can be quite a traumatic experience but relocating our home at the same time made it a whole lot more stressful.

Anyway, here we are, new home, new premises and ready to launch the business in Lairg and the surrounding areas. luckily we are moving into Spring and Summer so we will have time to get ourselves organized before the snow comes back . Take care all
