Our aim is to provide high quality, reliable, fairly priced fencing and groundwork services to both industrial and domestic customers.

MacKinnon Fencing and Groundworks was established in 2010. We are a reliable, experienced fencing and groundwork specialist based in Dunbartonshire but are able to carry out work across the country. The company is headed up by James MacKinnon - a hard-working fencing contractor by day, and a husband to Karen, and dad to Ross and Jay by night. Good progress being made on our Chapel Gardens project, with the team getting the site ready for the upcoming groundworks phase.

A tidy site and a solid effort from the squad, keeping things moving and maintaining a high standard throughout.

Garden Repairs Completed ✅🔨

This project saw us carry out a range of garden repairs, including the replacement of damaged trellis panels and the installation of new timber posts to restore the garden and improve its appearance. 🌿🌼🏡

We also fitted new coping stones to the existing wall, helping to protect the structure while giving it a clean, finished look. 😎

The result is a tidy, refreshed garden that's ready to be enjoyed throughout the summer months. 🌞

The team have been working hard in Girvan installing several hundred metres of Armco barrier, and as always, preparation is key to achieving a quality finish.

The posts have now been installed, and it's great to see the neat and tidy standard of work being maintained across the project. Taking the time to ensure the posts are set correctly and aligned properly will make for a smooth installation when the barriers are attached.

Another excellent effort from the team, with plenty of progress being made on site.

Ball Stop Fencing Completed!🏏🏈👏

We recently supplied and installed 2 No of 30m long ball-stop fencing systems for a Glasgow-based shinty team. Each section consists of 4m high ball-stop mesh fencing with an additional 4m of netting above, creating a total height of 8m to help keep balls safely within the playing area.

This was a challenging installation that required careful planning, specialist machinery, and a great deal of hard work from our fencing team to bring the project over the finish line.👷

A fantastic effort from everyone involved, and we're delighted with the finished result. 👏👏
