Roof was completed over to days due to weather. First half of roof was completed with a night seal so no water got in.

A few before and after pictures of a flat garage roof completed recently in Carrickfergus 🛠

Roof was cleaned down to remove years of dirt, air bubbles cut out and burnt back down, primed and refelted using torch on felt✅️

After others failed to repair this roof leak; we sorted it🛠

This leak was above a newly installed boiler. Getting your roof fixed is cheaper than a new boiler so we got to work!

New felt installed as well as facia boards and guttering✅️

As there were no drainage outlets for the guttering near by, we suggested a water butt to collect the rain water to reuse for all her plants and she loved that idea👏
