Tucson Pumps has issued a product safety notice affecting certain RS circulation pumps installed in homes and businesses across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

RS25/6EAQ

RS25/6EAQ 130SS

RS25/8EAQ

If your pump’s serial number begins with 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 or with the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, it may be included in this notice.
(When entering the serial number online, do not include “S/N”.)

As many homes in Northern Ireland are still without power after the recent storm, it's important to stay safe while using portable generators. Carbon monoxide (CO) from generators can be deadly if not used properly.

Make sure to place the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, at least 20 feet away from windows, doors, and vents. Never run a generator inside a home, garage, or other enclosed areas.
