Of all the project's completed this year, this one is my favourite because I finally got to do my own.

Full downstairs refurbishment -
• dining room wall taken down, steel beam fitted
• slate floor lifted, self levelled and new tiles throughout
• new kitchen with solid hardwood doors, tounge and groove panels, quartz worktops, matching utility room with washing machine stack
• staircase refurbished and updated
• pine doors, skirting, architraves ripped out and replaced..
• brick slips fitted on new dining room feature wall

All completed from start to finish by KDR..
