🪚 JOINERY CONTRACTOR REQUIRED – BALLYMENA AREA

Estco is looking for an experienced joinery contractor or small team to support our growing commercial business across the Ballymena area.

The work will include first and second fix joinery, along with high-standard internal and external finishing works on commercial projects.

You must be able to work under your own supervision, read and understand architects’ drawings, follow specifications and coordinate with our site management team.

✅ Proven commercial joinery experience
✅ Ability to work to programme and maintain high standards
✅ Reliable transport, tools and relevant insurances
✅ CSR cards and references

The fresh tarmac is really starting to define the entrance, with kerbing, stone pillars, fencing and planting all coming together to create a strong first impression.

📍Site Update @ The Parks, Old Park Road, Ballymena

Great progress across The Parks development since the start of 2026.

The new stone driveway entrance pillars are now in place, giving a real sense of arrival to the site and setting the tone for what’s to come.

At the same time, Site No. 4 is now well underway, with groundworks progressing and the build taking shape as part of this exclusive development of prestige homes.

We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as construction continues across the site.
