Recently, we completed a full rewire and new lighting installation at a farm.
The works included a complete strip-out of all existing cabling, installation of new switches, 5ft vapour-proof LED battens, 150W high-bay lights, and multiple exterior flood lights to improve visibility and safety across the site.

Works Included;

✅ Full strip out and rewire of all lighting throughout the building, which consisted of bedrooms, kitchens, toilets, shower rooms, staircases, corridors, stores, boiler house & external lighting

✅ All traditional switches removed and controlled via PIRs, with an override in the event of failure

✅ Emergency Lighting

✅ X18 single phase consumer units stripped out & replaced with 6 New 12way TP&N DBs with surge protection

✅ Alternations to power circuits to include AFDDs

✅ New Hobs & ovens installed

✅ External site lighting controlled via the BMS

✅ Ventilation Controlled through the BMS

A great project to be involved in & completed in time for students to arrive.

A great effort by all the men on site, have a look through the end result.

This floor having an open plan area, x2 board rooms with media walls, & a single office with a media wall.

A good result this week from the lads as we break off for a few days over Easter.

X2 floors now ready to start wiring after the holidays
